The box office is open from 7:00pm. The Film Theatre operates reserved seating - you can view the seating plan here

Concessions are available for NUS members, senior citizens, children and the unemployed.

Full Price - £6.00

Concessions - £5.00

Carers accompanying disabled customers will be admitted free of charge

When claiming a concession, please present the appropriate proof of entitlement.

Block bookings will receive one complimentary ticket for each block of ten tickets purchased

 

Reservations

All seat reservations must be paid for at the time of booking and will incur a 50 pence transaction charge. Refunds will not be offered for uncollected or cancelled tickets.

 

Online Bookings

Internet bookings can be made for all screenings featured in our main programme. Links beside the listing for each film will take you to our secure booking site.

Please note that online bookings cannot be taken after 1.45pm on the day of performance.

Telephone Bookings

Telephone bookings will only be taken when the office is staffed between 12.30pm and 1.30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday on 01782-411188.

Please note: Reservations are not taken for the Monday and Wednesday night screenings.

 

Terms & Conditions

The Management reserve the right to cancel any performance without prior notice and without being liable to pay anyone compensation or damages whatsoever other than a refund to a ticket holder of the face value of any tickets held for any cancelled performance.

Please check your tickets as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

Patrons are reminded that tickets cannot be exchanged nor money refunded under any circumstances other than those outlined above.

No recording equipment, drinks (except bottled water) or food will be allowed into the venue.

The Management reserve the right to refuse admission.

If you join our mailing list or buy Tickets from us, we will ask you to provide us with certain information about yourself which we will handle in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
