Tickets
The box office is open from 7:00pm. The Film Theatre operates reserved seating - you can view the seating plan here.
Concessions are available for NUS members, OAP's, children and the unemployed. Season tickets are also available. They are valid for one ticket per performance and are not transferable.

Season Tickets are available for each programme of films - for prices please see the printed programme or ask for details.
Carers accompanying disabled customers will be admitted free of charge
When claiming a concession, please present the appropriate proof of entitlement.
Block bookings will receive one complimentary ticket for each block of ten tickets purchased
Reservations
From September 2012, all seat reservations must be paid for at the time of booking and will incur a 50 pence transaction charge. Refunds will not be offered for uncollected or cancelled tickets.
Online Bookings
Internet bookings can be made using our secure booking pages. Links beside the listing for each film will take you directly to the booking page for that film. Alternatively you can browse the list of films here.
As part of the booking process you can submit a message to request your preferred seats. You can view a plan of the auditorium here.

Please note that online bookings cannot be made after 2pm on the day of performance.
Telephone Bookings
Telephone bookings will only be taken when the office is staffed between 12.30pm and 1.30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday on 01782-411188.
Please note: Reservations are not taken for the Monday and Wednesday night screenings.
