Stoke on Trent

Bringing the best in Independent and World Cinema to North Staffordshire

Programme

The Film Theatre operates from September through to early July. Programmes are published every six weeks during this period.

We aim to show a wide variety of films, concentrating on those which have not previously been shown in Stoke-on-Trent or which received a limited run at the mainstream cinemas.

On Wednesday evenings the Film Theatre is host to the Staffordshire Film Archive. These free screenings cover a wide range of local interest topics.

Monday Night Screenings

On Monday evenings we present short seasons of films with a common theme.

Following our of films by Jack Cardiff we have a season dedicated to Preston Sturges during February. This will also see the return of our popular 1930s adventure serial which will precede each presentation in the season.

All screenings start at 7.45pm and admission is free.
